What I collect
If you use the form: your name, email, business name, website or Google Maps link and your message. If you email me or book a call: whatever you send. To deliver and protect the site, the host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address.
Why
To reply to you, prepare the free audit and a quote, and, if we work together, to carry out our agreement. For visitors from the EU and UK the legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who else processes data
Web3Forms (delivers the form to my inbox), Google (email), Cloudflare (hosting) and Calendly if you book a call. Some of them may process data outside your country, for example in the USA.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It only remembers your chosen language in your own browser, and you can clear that at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
